I am sensing alot of GNX hate coming from a couple mustang owners in this thread. I dont think a Mustang owner should be talking about a G-body rusting. Rustang==\>\>\>there is a reason they got this nickname. I would love to have a GNX so new. I would trade my car for it, but my car is only worth 1/5 or less what that car is worth. ---

what car made of metal and driven in salt infested states didn’t rust? there is many tecnilogical advances in the treatment of metal so stuff doesn’t rust as much anymore not to mention a lot of cars aren’t metal. there are not 80’s hondas to make fun of for rust because they are completely disinigrated. If you take care of any car be it a stang or g-body it won’t rust. most g-body were just a normal a to b car and people didn’t take care of them. The main issue for the g-body is trapped dirt. If you spary out the frame rails and keep all your drain holes clear, you shouldn’t have a problem. Most of the gbc has virtually rust free cars. ---
