# WOW, Terrible run-in with Cops...

front plate: attached to FRONT of vehical, unobstructed by glass or plastic  
rear plate: attached to rear of vehical , unobstructed by glass or plastic

as for the bolts, i BELEVER there is a law that actualy states licence plates must be secured with FOUR bolts each ( makng 99.99999% of all vehicals illegal)
