I canā€™t believe you didnā€™t get her info and trust the cops report. I have been hit 2 times in the past 3 years and everytime I got thier info, called their insurance, and had a rental car the same day. When you wait for the cops, youā€™ll get screwed everytime. Iā€™m not busting your balls, just an fyi for next time. If you want something done right and done quickly, do it yourself. I hope everything works out. Is your frame bent or anything like that, you may be better off totalling it and getting a new car. ---

I agree - at least goto the hospital in case the shit hits the fan and you need some more material for the judge. It canā€™t hurt any to make the trip. ---
