I’m with “why the fuck is there a 87 year old driving at 12:47am”. Bingo and church end at 7pm. He was deff poping too many of his pills. “ah Sally did I take the white pill today? or didn’t I? Ah fuckit I’ll take it again.”

Wouldn’t it be funny… If he had too many whiskeys leaving free spaghetti dinner night, hosted by the Knights of Columbus.

Has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t remember any of the accident.

Jury happens to be old and sympathizes for him.

Gets off free.

…has pizza party.

I do a insane amount of driving around buffalo. This kind of shit bothers the hell out of me. I highly doubt a heavily loaded chevy express provides a high level of crash safety… The touareg might, my SHO does, and my S4 definitely does.
