Just to keep this awesome discussion moving along, and being a firebird owner, I thought I would weigh in on the handling of the 4th gens. Stock they are a little ponderous, IMO because of the light spring rates. It drifts pretty good. Hoping that my suspension mods will sharpen it up alot. But the ls1’s are that good.
