I’m looking to swap the hicas subframe out of my R33 Gtst, and the 240sx subframe is a direct replacement.

I’m pretty sure I have an R33 gtst subframe kicking around… Let me double check.

Ah you must be mixed up, I have an R33 with hicas and need a 240sx subframe that has no hicas.
