# WTB: 240sx or FC-RX7

i have about $1,000 to spend on a shell or $1,500 for a project, if anyone has one or can help keep their eyes peeled let me know! my email is ppren2@unh.newhaven.edu if you guys have anything, i’m looking for a cheap shell OR project, thanks!

if you haven’t, go on rx7 club u can deff find a shell/project in that price range for an fc.

i check there a ton haha thanks tho man! i was talking to this one dude in ling island but he wanted like almost $1k for a shell that desperately needed a paint job haha

finding a shell with good paint is next to impossible.

if you brought us (Capital Region Customs) the shell or better yet a roller we could shoot the car mild to wild… what ever your price range & wants are for a very reasonable price.
Engine out, clean, zero to little body work needed with solid metal painted with quality paint; engine compartment, under hood, jambs, trunk jambs, etc. $2000 or so color and condition of car dependent.
Whats the plans with the project anyways? Wanna LSx swap it too?!??! Cause we can do that too! :number1

well good paint is one thing, i can deal with that, i’d just prefer not to haha rust is a huge issue especially in the north east 😕

hey i’ll have to look you guys up at some point! i found a 240sx in Philly, but it has like 290,xxx miles on it, 100,xxx miles on the stock ka motor from an s14, severe quarter panel damage and what have you and the guy seriously wants $2,400… i offered $850 or $300 as a roller haha people are ridiculous with their shit and what it’s actually worth…
but anyways nahh i’m looking for something to get into drifting; something that makes decent power, good coilovers and some good seats and that’s all i really want to start, probably a cheap spray can paint job and then throw parts at it along the way haha eventually if i get further into it i’d like a fully caged car and all the goodies at some point. if i get a 240 i’d like either an rb20det or rb25det, and if i get the rx7 i’m feelin a 1jz
