im sure they have the rears, but i dont know if they have the complete backing assembly… prolly though, when i got my fronts they told me they had to take them off the car, so that must have a complete 300zx there (or possibly a clip??) try [car-part.com](http://car-part.com) and search for the rear brakes and just call them to see if they have the complete backing good luck! ---

I have them+13"rotors to fit 4 bolt +adapter plates.Call me at(905)901-3054 any time, ask for George ---
