ive got a set of 13inch 5 spoke aluminum wheels,

With tires 100 firm.

Without tires ill let them go for 40$

edit the tires have less then 500 miles on them , they are kumho powerstar 758’s i think they are 185 70 r 13, not totally sure.  
Ive also got “tuner” lugs with the tool for these, even tho a lugnut is a lugnut to me.

thanks but 14s are small enough, im just not using low pros with the amount of weight in my car it rides hard enough…

ls- how the rust/rot on them? where they located?

and i know 70s bigger i dont want 13s…lol…
