Joe’s rationale on things that need to be done when buying a house.

Step 1: Live in a snowy climate  
Step 2: Buy a 2 seater car that I wont drive in the snow  
Step 2a: put lotus badges on it, ricer!  
Step 3: Buy a more expensive british car (that will break and be expensive to fix because it is british), with 2 seats, that I can’t drive in the snow  
Step 4: Buy house  
Step 5: Buy another car
