dude, drill the stripped hole out a touch bigger and re-tap it for a slightly bigger size. Go to hardware store and get new bolt for the size you tapped it for and call it a day. You may also have to drill your seat bracket hole a touch bigger to make the new bolt fit through. That would be the easiest and cheapest route.

im just going to go drill one out so its an oem size and pitch,i cant stand putting hectors hardware where oem is supposed to go,thanks…you still need that glass??
