Looking for a passenger kidney grill for the e38

Also a pair of any of these sized tires with good tread:

235/60 r16

235/50 r18

255/45 r18

I have a pair of 255/40 18’s. They are michelin pilot sport 2 with about 60% tread left

I have a pair of 245-40-18 RE11’s that have literally 1000ft on them. Would they work?
