# WTB Cheap Car $500

My tenant has a 96 Ford Explorer. 2 Door, 4wd, good tread on the tires. Has a lot of miles on it (200,xxx). Needs a power steering line put in it. He has the part for it just hasn’t put it in yet. Car runs and drives fine. He was looking for $500 for it.

Even I’m weary of an Exploder with 200k on it. Some people have good luck with Fords. I for one, have not. Not a single one I’ve owned ever held up. Yet, I just keep buying them… :facepalm:

Is it by any chance black?

I helped a guy pop start a similar truck with well over 200k on it in Saratoga a few months back and it was leaking power steering fluid
