# WTB: cheap motorcycle 1980 and up

I am looking for a cheap motorcycle 1980 and up, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Honda. Has to be 500cc or more. Does not have to run, but cannot be a rust buck! I am lookin to learn how to rebuild a bike for and need somethin cheap.
Let me know if you have anything and I will come check it out!

thinking of selling my 85 suzuki madura 1200. it runs. the throttle linkage needs attention, it sticks. other that that its pretty sweet. and fast. 540 pound 22year old bike with my 200 unskilled pounds on it, and i still got it to go 8.04 at lancaster. 115whp from the factory. im not 100% on selling it but if it sounds interesting to you lemme know and we can talk. 1200-1500 is the lowest i would be looking to take though.

I’ve got a 96 yamaha seca II that needs some work and has an issue with the title but it would make a great bike to just rebuild for learnings sake. It runs and drives. $500 I have pics if you want PM me
