i need a workin cingular cell phone sence mine razr v3 was broken/stolen. i wanna spend somewhere in like the 100 dollar range. help me out
p.s. it also needs a charger

nokia 3595, not fancy but it will do the job and gets better reception than the razr or other new phones, $35
