Doesn’t have to be crazy megapixels or anything needs : 3.2MP + SD memory Good image capture quality The more modes the merrier Self Timer Kinda smallish Decent battery life ---

Howie I have been VERY happy with my A75 from Canon. I don’t doubt that the new a-series is anything but as good if not better. Theo nly gripe I have with mine is that it’s a bit large and a bit heavy–but the new ones use 2 AA batteries instead of 4, and they’re a bit smaller. 🙂 (if you want to buy new) ---
