My 2nd head only kissed two exhaust valves…
so we swapped them out…
started the car n noticed blue smoke! never did thst with the first head, n ill never be cought dead in a oil burning pos… leaks n smoke is unacceptable!
so im guessing valve seals…
im just gunna order new valves n seals, n install them down the rd…
pistons took a hit, but nothing major…

let me know if you want to replace any of it with some aftermarket parts

yup. just take it to a machine shop, have them check the head out, oem guides and seals are just fine on the DSM’s
really no need to go aftermarket on the springs or retainers unless you have 272 or bigger cams.
