Ok I know this is a weird thing to be looking for but i just bought a ipod 8g and I just decided I want the touch but the reciept got lost and now I am stuck with the Ipod untill I can find a receipt … ---

if u didnt pay cash… it can be looked up and if u did pay cash… it can be looked up usually if you are REALLY nice and know exactly when you bought it… day, time, and what register it was on ---

You shouldn’t need a receipt to do an exchange, especially if you are exchanging up. ---

i called walmart where i bought it and they said that you need a receipt for a exchange …but I do know where and who opened the thing and got it out for me … ---

Serial number is likely on the receipt. If that’s the case you’re not gonna be able to pull this off. ---
