looking to buy 1 or 2 sets (sets of 4) of these rims.

Would like to be in good condition.

looking to spend no more than needed, dont have to have tires or even good tires.

If they have good tires might be interested as long as price is reasonable.

But in the end, the cheaper the better

willing to trade parts and such for the rims  
Obviously some parts will need money on your end also
