sign up for the govt tuner card, all those are HD, or all i’ve seen anyway. They go on sale for $40+tax, the card is $40 off.

those $40 tuners are Digital. not HD

Yeah no component or HDMi outputs.
Check ebay for old VOOM receivers. If you can find one thats still active for cheap, it’ll do what you need it to.
