it can be made to work. I’m using one, but the plugs (from the CA harness) are really neccesary as well.

You sure the CA one will work? Never heard of that, do you have wiring for it?

no don’t have wiring guides. Lucky did it for me by trial/error.

but I think it can be found on [heavythrottle.com](http://heavythrottle.com) -\>SR swap install FAQ -\> left column ignitor wring charts -\> Q45 wiring guide (same ignitor just the Q uses 2)

You’ll need the plugs from the CA or Q harness, it could be done without it but I wouldn’t recommend it.
