MAF Adapter is what he is looking for.

You want the adapter plate. This is what I have on my Z32 maf:
When I bought my MAF, the seller asked an additional $20 for the adapter
so I take it that is roughly the going rate.
(filter end 3.75" o.d.)

i have the ebay one, the holes dont match up properly, you can get it and make your own holes, but still… false advertising
