# WTB ka 24de s13 aftermarket radiator

why? get altama fans. and why do you need an aftermarket rad. you turboed your car? Only reason i installed altama fans on my car is because i plan to turbo the KA. if thats your plan then go for it. other then that i wouldnt waste your time and money with it.

Reason i say this is this was tested. the stock rads are almost as good to cool water as the after market ones difference is that the after market ones take longer to heat up. and longer to cool down as there is more water in them. the cooling power came from the fans and the best fans vs 3 top brand after market fans was the Altama fans. and after installing some in my car yeah i can see why they say that.

Thanks for the heads up man, and yea, I plan to turbo my ka! Therefore looking for ka-t parts. And isn’t the stock 240 fan good enough?

Make sure your rad fins are in good condition little to no dents. and grab some altama fans. get a temp switch as well. this does 3 things removes the fans off the engine so less parasitic loss in power, more room and much better cooling.
