# wtb Large Masking paper

Used to buy the left over rolls of unprinted news paper off of the local news paper co. but they do not want to sell them anymore…Any ways any one know where i could buy large masking paper for taping off cars to be sprayed?? somewhere around 3ft by 100yards

Costco / Sam’s
They used to sell those huge rolls of brown deli paper…maybe check that out?

We use USC blue masking paper, it works great… you can get it at your local NAPA. The widest we use is 18 inches… its $40 for 2 rolls.
We also use 3M car cover which is around $30… it is 3 ft wide when its not unfolded and can be unfolded to cover a huge area. Also from NAPA.
We just use the 18 inch masking paper around the repaired area, then to mask the rest we use the car cover.

yea i hear ya we use all of that as well but these rolls were 3 ft wide by like 100yds and we were pickin them up for $2 a roll so you can see why i dont want to resort to 3m or usc. But i might have to.
