they work real good. i have 80k btu. heats up 15x15 garage super quick. 5min or less. i rented one that was 200k btu. nuts. 1 min and i was sweating. crank it up to warm up quick then turn down low to maintain. then get your refills at the reservation, half the price of noco.

I use the propane torpedo one, works pretty good, doesn’t smell too bad. I’m working on putting a ceiling in the garage and putting some insulation in there. Hopefully I won’t have to run the propane every 5 min, for 5 min anymore. LOL

walymart in springville has some that go on the tank they look like boobies for like 50 bucks let me know i can pick on up for you and swing it by your house …

Just don’t use a torpedo heater in a small garage with brake cleaner. I’m not sure of the chemistry that occurs, I just know I couldn’t breathe.
