Id prefer to do a straight trade … preferably with no tires  
my s14 4 bolts for your s13 7spokes

my wheels are in great shape with no rash, painted flat black (need a respray) and include only 2 tires that need replacement

Unfortunally not unless he finds S13 7 Spokes…
