**Condition** : Used, the more stripped down the better

**Description:** I have the possibility of buying a complete '98 240 that was written off because of some rear end damage. if i could find either a reasonably priced shell with a good title in decent condition or one with major mechanical problems then i could swap over the parts and make a car again. preferably black exterior (that’s what the written off one is), 5 speed/auto doesn’t matter. minor front end damage is OK as it’s only cosmetic.
