For those of you who do not know what sugar gliders are, they are a small animal similar to flying squirrels. They are small in size and have a gliding membrane that allows them to glide in the air when jumping distances. I have done a lot of research on these animals and would like to purchase two of them. if anybody has any information on local breeders of sugar gliders or someone who is looking to sell two of them, please, let me know. Sugar gliders are assholes from what i hear. My friend has 2 flying squirrels which seem to be great pets, very tame, and like to glide all over the place. His dad knows a guy who breeds them i guess. Id look into flying squirrels… ---

ummmm no, i want sugar gliders. they are not asshole pets. they are VERY friendly when bonded to their owner correctly ---

hey guys, i went to kritter hut yesterday(place at summit park mall), its been closed down for about the past week and information had nothing as to a contact for the owner or where the rest of the animals are now. she did however tell me to check the paper for an ad… so i went ahead and did that. There were two ads, so i called them. I went last night to look at them and i am glad to say that i am now a proud owner of two 5 month old sugar gliders. Thanks for the help finding em guys! if someone didnt tell me about summit park mall i wouldnt have found em. I’ll try and wake em up during sunlight today so i can take pictures of em. ---

umm, theyre a little smelly…males smell a bit more then females. Well actually females dont really smell at all, males smell because they put out a particular scent from their genitals. If you get them nutered, it eliminates the odor. They are fun as hell to hang out with. We are still getting comfortable with each other, but in a few months ill be able to take em out of the cage and just chill with them. And as the name of em says, they can glide around a little bit. They really have no health issues at all. They can catch pnemonia or hypothermia if its too cold for them, but theyre body temp is around the same as humans so they like the same temps we do. They dont need any shots or vaccines either. Theyre great and im def gonna love havin em around ---
