I know this is a long shot but I am looking to borrow a touchscreen monitor. I would like one that is 15" or 17". I am trying to make a jukebox and want to see if its worth buying one. ---

Its an easy idea… they have open source software to run it all too… ---

Ah. Well i’m sure you could figure out a way to make it work there. Cover it with a plastic bag? lol You would have to have a SERIOUS speaker set up to even hear it though. Headphones under the ear muffs are prob a better idea. ---

why not just buy one of the new HP touchsmart units. GAMEOVER. no work needed. ---

1500 bucks later… for a jukebox… this kind of project should be less than 300 bucks. with minimal effort ---

yea I’ve got everything the way I think I want it I just want to see if it’s worth buying a touchscreen monitor or just use some other form of controlling it.
