I’m not sure what you mean by quick release hitch, but one of these should work just fine. About $20 at Walmart, $13 on Amazon:

Ah gotcha!

The one in the video you posted is like $500… HOWEVER you can get a hard-mount kit for $250:

Just picked up a similar hard mount kit on amazon. The quick release is really nice but I know that once installed it’s prob won’t ever be uninstalled…
