Same thing that happened to 30 Seconds To Mars, Linkin Park, and countless others. They mainstreamed their sound. Muse is another good example. Albums that followed Absolution were garbage. Papa Roach’s last resort was great in the 90s other than that…what did they have? ---

Papa Roach had a ton of songs I really liked, but they did change their style over time. Some of their newer stuff is pretty good, but they have a few “radio songs” now. ---

My excitement was mostly out of nostalgia. If you think that me putting 103.3 on my radio in my car on my lunch hour is an indication of my taste in music, you’re retarded. Telling other people how the music they like sucks is retarded. Telling someone their car is gay because you don’t like it is retarded. Calling people “hipsters” because you don’t like how they dress is stupid. To some the point of music is energy, not falling on every fucking word and trying to get all introspective or some shit. I think Morrisey and alot of the snob types taste in music sucks but I don’t go around telling them that. They are entitled to their opinion. ---

I hate radio stations so badly that when I upgraded my headunit in the focus I purposely did not purchase any of the antenna adaptors and solely use my iPod with 5000+ songs on it. ---
