Anyone that has premier service what happened was the billing code for lite & premier are the same. So when everything updated it updated them with the wrong boot file. Thus giving a premier customer the lite boot file of 256 up/256 down.

If your still having that prob, just send me your phone number and I can fix it.

That looks like standard. That’s the speed you’ll have. Only premier gets faster.

Unfortunately, TW hasn’t pushed those speedrates out this way. I’m not sure if they just don’t want to because Adelphia had us on that slow shit and they just don’t want to bother. I was hoping that at some point during the takeover, our speeds would start matching the rest of the country (Time Warner-wise).

Try different server for test maybe?

Sometimes some of the servers are slow. See my first speed test w/3 different servers.

yea this slow speed from timewarner is starting to piss me off.  
im paying for there premium service and getting little better then low end DSL.
