rent is $435 a month electric roughly $60 gas in summer is about $50, winter about $150 2br. off genesee street between union and harlem. no garage, but parking for 3cars in driveway, decent sized backyard ---

more information would be fuckin fantastic. im sure if someone is going to move they need to know how much space they will have maybe what kind of person you are, and especially a price. just trying to help because i once used this site to get a roommate and it worked well once i had all the info posted up. ---
