# WTF Verizon?

Something tells me that didn’t go well. Shanaynay said something about “Security Feature” having to be turned on and that she sent it to my phone and when I hang up to power down my phone for 10 seconds.
So she says “Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless.” and I hit the end key. I didn’t notice anything happening so I’m thinking she should have told me to not hit the end key.
Oh well, powering down now…

last time i did a hard reset i needed to call up sprint and they “re-activated” my phone or something. just call up customer service or bring it in. better yet, have one of your paralegals do it.
