okay, so basically, there’s two guys trying to scam me…probably came from the same exact person! as you guys probably know, im trying to sell my kicker subs system and my pioneer headunit… the first person used the name: “sussie kelly”, the second: “morris smith” **“sussie kelly”** emailed me regarding the subs system… **“morris smith”** email me regarding the pioneer headunit… first, they sent me: > Hello, > How are you doing? i see your advert am realy intresting in buyingc this item,kindly let me know if the item is avialable and the condition of this item > Thanks i replied how the item is in good condition…then… BOTH OF THEM replied with the same answer: > Hello , > Thank you for the response.I am okay with the price and the > condition.My mode of payment will be by check in US dollars,because > that is the only convenient means for me .Concerning the shipment,my > shipper will be at your place for the pick up after you receive the > payment and when it clears .I really wish to be there to check out the > item but i dont have chance.Please let me have the following so that > the payment can be made to you . **your Full Name to be on the Check your** > **Full contact Address ,your Zip Code and your Mobile and Land Number** so > that the payment can be send to you okay. im selling my volvo on there and im getting those same emails. i told the guy he was a terrible scammer and that i reported him. his next reply was talking more about the method of payment. dumbass ---

Broken english + “my shipper” = scam. I’m not sure why it’s always that combination, but it is. :gotme: I even got the same thing when I was selling my truck on autotrader like 4 years ago. Something to the effect of his shipper was going to show up with a check for like 5,000 over the sale price and I was going to give up my truck and a check for the difference. :cjerk: OT: How ya been dude? actually…when i put my civic coupe on craigslist…i didn’t receive any of that scam…hee…
