If it is a 2 lane road, fuck the merging traffic, there will eventually be a break in traffic. There is no need to slow up the fast lane 10-15mph because you want to be nice to the merging traffic. You may be nice to them, but you are fucking the people actually driving. Without the supplies from trucks the doctors have no use. Your Point is no where.
