Weird place to put this out but whether Canadian or American with valid visas I need as many hail repair technicians as I can find.

Typically it’s paintless dent removal for hail damage I think

it is but it’s very specialized and regular dent guys cannot do it, especially not the stuff we’re looking at.
i saw a whole lot full of written off new cars at GM today and upwards of $15k in damage on new Cadillac SUV’s just from hail.

they deal with this sort of stuff, big jobs many cars getting damaged etc… owner travels as well, call them! they work great!
