B & B Garage Door - Barry or Tony 542-5160, you can usually get them to come the same day especially if you have a spring problem. Until then don’t go near your door or try to use it, it could kill you if that spring lets go. Good luck. ---

lol, no. But i have installed an overhead door before, including tightening the spring and it was not hard. ---

Seriously, it is really easy just take your time. I thought the same thing but when I got up there and did it it was really easy and saved me $100+ ---

It is actually easy as all hell. I tightened both springs in my mother in laws garage. There was no way in hell anyone was opening that door without the springs ---

BS!!! everyonce in a while my spring inside my garage door will let go inside the tunnel and then there will be nothing to assist the opener so it goes about half way and dies. well, last time it popped it sounded like someone hit my garage door. Then when i went to do the normal maintanance and uncoiled the spring it shot off hit my thumb and then shot across the garage floor leaving me in pain and searching for scattered parts.☹ I seriously thought my thumb was broke.
