Only details you need are lawyer needs experience dealing with driver’s license suspensions and/or revokations.

Even if it was a DWI, that doesn’t change that I need a lawyer that knows driver’s license laws, which would encompass such a thing.

A DWI isn’t the only thing you need a lawyer for when it comes to traffic “infractons.” I’ve never needed my lawyer for anything alcohol or drug related. You need council for many more things than that and I’ve been through them all. Do I really need to post my favorite story? I DO like telling it.

It’s amazing that on a board called “nySPEED” that everyone has to be all high and mighty when it comes to speeding tickets.
Ok, so I just talked to the TVB and it looks like the only way out is to have a previous ticket overturned and reduced to something that’s not a speeding ticket. I need someone to help with that. One ticket in Geneseo, one in Wallkill, and one in TVB Buffalo. Does that help with details?
