# WTH: vb.net developer

We had a guy quit and go to Northrop this week.

- Experienced [vb.net](http://vb.net) developer.
- PostgreSQL would be a plus, but since not many people know it I’d be happy seeing some relational database experience (MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL etc).
- VB6 experience a plus since the big project we’re heading into will be converting our software product (credit union software) to .net.
- Banking/credit union industry experience not required, but again, a plus.

This is a real laid back place to work. Privately/locally owned, owner is here 3-4 days a week. Almost zero turnover.

- 100% paid health for single, significant coverage for family. After 90 days
- Bonuses
- Profit sharing after 1 year
- 401k (tied to profit sharing) after 1 year
- Extremely stable. We had one of our best years ever last year.
- 40-65k based on experience.
- Located in Amherst, near Millersport/N.Forest.
