Does anyone know if there is somewhere local that I could rent a MIG Welder (Hi Poll, prefer 220V single, 100+ amps) from?
OR does someone have a portable one within these specs that I could borrow for a couple hours?

I have my own tank, is the receptacle the normal 220 or do you have some kind of weird adapter? The sooner I could borrow the better? Probably need it for a day.

where are you located? i have a Linde 160amp 220v
the trigger is a bit fussy but it still works fine if you man up and pull it like you mean it
