Iā€™m looking to get into either a nice small house or a nice duplex but must be side by side. Between my buddy and myself we will have around $500 a piece for rent, not including uts, so we are looking for a pretty decent place. We are both pretty open on the area except we kind of want to stay out of Amherst and Lockport for various reasons. But other than that we are pretty open, so let me know if you guys know of anything, thanks in advance. Jake ---
