they only made si wheels from 99-2000. em2 or 2001 civics and on are a tad different ---

I got 15 inch konig wheels that the clearcoat is chipping on, would look nice if someone took the time to sand em down and maybe polish or paint em lmk ---

What kind of tires and how much tread are on them? Condition of the wheels?
