Is this for the Caddy? If so you need to get the right bellhousing bolt pattern. I dont know which one Caddy uses but Buick, Olds and Pontiac use a different one than Chevy.

There are only 2 bolt patterns available on a 200-4R, the BOP one and the chevy one. THe Chevy one will bolt to either BOP or chevy, but the BOP can only be used on BOP.

call jbap ,eastside used auto ,kneers, there re;ativly local and have some im sure if ya call jbap use ext113 ask for ramone he is prolly te best one there

The problem with calling alot of those places is that its not cataloged on the computer because its old and half the time theyll just say they dont have it- Ive been thru that alot with my Mustang.
Kneers does have another location with old cars though. I had to go there to get some Ranger axles for my car a few years ago.
