So Friday Dec. 17th at BP’s on Jasper. Is everyone ok with that? What time 8pm? If everyones on board we should book a reservation now. EDIT: The party date and time is now official! Time: 7:00pm Date: Friday December 17th, 2004 Location: Jasper Ave. Boston Pizza Lounge Specifications: Official Members only plus a guest, and 18 or older. Be ready to get your drink on!! And please, have a safe right home, and don’t drink and drive. We will be watching this strictly! ---

Alright, here’s the deal. I talked to my buddy that works there, and he said that we would need to know how many people are coming to this event, so that they can plan for it. We would also need to reserve a head of time (of course). They said that Friday night is a tough one because it’s going to be so busy. I guess we should make this a members only event, that way we can get a spot for sure. I’m talking with them further on Tuesday, and I’ll post the information. We’ll have to have a poll and send out emails to the members to confirm the numbers. Aaron ---

So as it turns out I guess I will not be attending the NECC Christmas party after all. Alright. So I went down to the BP’s on jasper ave and checked out the lounge and what not. They have a room in the corner formerly a patio converted lounge section. I talked to my buddy that works there and it should be all good for the party, we just have reserve the proper amount of people far enough in advance. Its a big rectangle, with booths on either end, and in the middle are just a bunch of tall tables and bar stools. The center seats 24, plus lots of standing room. Now, all we have to do is decide if we need to have the party just members and a guest or anyone. I’ll hold a poll in the members only section. Hope that helps. Fire away Dave and Mike. Also, they said that the earlier the better. So what if we made it 7pm?? Everyone ready to get their drink on? I think the drinks are like $3.25 or somthing. Very reasonable. ---

So here is the final deal: DATE: Friday, December 17th, 2004 TIME: 7:00pm PLACE: Boston Pizza on Jasper Ave in the Lounge. The time is 7:00pm because they wanted us to come earlier just in case they are busy, that they can hold our tables for us for sure. Remember, it’s a lounge so over 18 years of age please. lol. We are going to be holding this event with MEMBERS ONLY! That is, a member and one guest if they wish to do so. Please Vote in the Poll that I will hold in the members only area to let us know if you are able to come or not as I need to make the reservations asap. We will ask non-members to leave, although only to the extent that we can, as it is a public facility. An email will be sent out shortly to remind those to vote or email me. Thanks all, Aaron ---
