Azzhat thought he was too important to have to stop at a checkpoint in his '03 or '04 BMW X3, and hauled azz for about 3 miles before he lost control at an estimated 120-130 mph and crossed the center line slamming into a coworker of mine who was driving the H1. The two vehicles hit on each vehicle’s front driver’s side at a combined estimated speed of 180-200mph. The X3 rolled several times and it’s driver suffered massive internal injuries and multiple compound fractures with at least 6 bones portruding from the skin, and was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS workers. The coworker of mine broke both his ankles and fractured his leg, had a few minor lacerations from flying glass, and some bruised ribs most likely from the seatbelt. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and 3 airbags were deployed in the BMW but at that speed it didn’t matter. Guy with the two broken ankles and the fractured leg was sitting on the side of the road smoking a cigarette when EMS got there, didn’t make it very far from his car, but a bunch of our guys helped him out of the vehicle (probably not all that intelligent considering the possible head trauma, but he’s fine now), and the Bimmer driver died. ---
