# xbox live content download problem

just got XBL back, trying to download the new halo2 maps, every time i try it says it failed and i have to goto [xbox.com](http://xbox.com) for info. theres no info there and i called customer support and they dont know shit. anyone know whats up?

yup it even says right before it tries to download it ‘signing in to live’
could it be because my game disc is all scratched? thats what customer support tried to tell me.
