# XBOX repair

So the other night I filed a repair claim for my 360. It had the red ring flashing 3 lights. Anyhow, they are mailing me a shipping label and Ill have to box it up and send it out to them.
My question is, around how long will it take for them to fix it and get it back to me? Im in no rush, I hardly play the thing, I was just curious.

i googled that for you… seems like about 3 weeks average turnaround.

You are sending at a busy time of the year with 2 Holidays intermixed. I’d expect longer than 3 weeks. Don’t be surprised if you don’t see it for a month. This is the reason why I bought a spare one. I’d be glad to lend it to you, but a friend of mine already has it lol.

when i had mine sent a while back, i got it returned in around 2-3 weeks. I don’t remember exactly though.
but like greenbull said, it will most likely take a lot longer to get back at this time of year.

My buddy sent his for 3 red rings almost 4 weeks ago he just went out and bought a new one.

I’m almost done with one, i just gotta get thermal paste. Then we’ll see if it works lol
