# XV6800 Supposed to Be Released on January 15th...

That’s a good choice, Rick. One thing to mention, the specs on the XV6800 are as follows…

256MB Flash  
96MB RAM  
Bluetooth 2.0  
G WiFi  
WM5 AKU3  
320x240 QVGA  
EV-DO Rev A (with ROM update).

No other PDA device has that much flash and ram but it does not have the keypad on the front.
