no where in my post did it say anything about it being more likely, just that it was possible. and its been more than twice that its happened to me, i had 21 stitches and saw my bare skull from a bike malfunction, and many other crashes that could have been a lot worse happening to someone that doesn’t know how to fall

OMG andy B should have been at turbociv’s yesterday! My car was doing ~ 140 mph with people standing 5 feet away, the only thing saving them was a nylon strap!

well since turbociv was there, everyone was safe! plus a firehawk is no where as risky as newmans car, firehawks are heavy and slow!

I almost hit a lancaster track worker who was standing in the infield when I had a brake caliper fail on my TQ and I went spinning backwards through the grass. Thankfully I missed him and the light poles, slicks on grass is like being on an ice rink, you’re just along for the ride. You’d have to be an idiot to think standing there is ok, I wouldn’t even consider jersey barriers to be enough protection after seeing cars go up and over them.
